This house felt like home from the moment we walked in. It was beautiful and spacious. There were 16 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all! The house fit our needs for the 6 days and 5 nights we were there. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was perfect for our group. We look forward to booking this house again in the future.

We had such an amazing stay! Sylvia was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. She approved both an extra day before and after our trip so quickly, which made everything so much less stressful for us.
We came out to Oregon for college tours at Pacific University and George Fox, and after long days, it was the perfect place to come back, relax, and recharge. We really enjoyed the cozy cottage vibe, and spending time in the backyard by the fire was definitely a highlight.
Everything was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. We were able to truly rest and enjoy our time.
Thank you again, Sylvia! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! 💛

Large, clean, up-to-date home with ample sleeping space, two living areas, a large dining area with two tables and a well stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were so joys and clean, the beds comfortable. Sylvia is a great host. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia’s place. Our group of six adults really valued the large living area, large dining area, and five bedrooms so that we all had enough space. The house itself is very cute and the neighborhood has a lot of walkable restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend and consider staying again.

The house is beautiful and the location is ideal for easy access to trendy bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. There’s also easy access to the MAX Yellow line. There were 10 people in my group, we didn’t feel crowded and everyone had a nice place to sleep.

We had an excellent stay this weekend. Everything was great — the house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made the entire experience smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was our second time staying at Brookwood Manor, and it was just as good as the first time! We have family in the area and try to gather around the holidays, and this is the perfect space for family gatherings. Beautiful home, clean and well appointed. We would certainly stay again - and probably will!

An amazing space to gather with extended family over the holidays. The kitchen is nicely supplied with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The heated floor in the master bathroom was a treat. Having a piano for people to play along with a bench full of music books was fun too. It was great to be able to push the two dinning room tables together so that all 11 of us could sit down and enjoy meals together. Dishwasher is so quiet! It was nice to not have to talk over it. Comfortable, cozy seating in the living room and we loved the gas fireplace. There is a generous supply of cozy blankets, towels, pillows and bedding. Hosts were responsive when we reached out with questions. The place is clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

This place is awesome for a group!
Main Level: 2 living room areas; tons of couches/seating, a dining room (12 seats) and a game room. A half bath and amazingly appointed kitchen. Patio area enclosed with a foosball table and sitting room. Not used by my group due to rain, but there's a BBQ, play structure and outdoor seating for 8.
Second Level: Four bedrooms with comfy beds and a shared 1.5 bath. Tons of towels, bedding and soap/shampoo/conditioner.
Third level: Apartment in itself, a split bathroom (with jet tub in one), sitting area/sleeping area. Consider this a separate "apartment". With the back stairs and back entrance this will make for a private space if needed.
TVs have Roku, WiFi strong and board games for the kiddos.
Kitchen all worked great, amazing water pressure and while the house was huge, was at a comfortable temperature.
Instructions clear for check in and check out... quite honestly the easiest "to do" list for such a big house while checking out.
