I grew up in a large family and now I have a large family of my own. I know how difficult and expensive it is to find the right vacation home to fit everyone. I personally designed and built this home to allow large families to come together comfortably. This is one of 3 houses we have available in the Portland Area. House Rules

Firm limit of 5 cars. All cars must be parked in garage, in driveway, or in front of this house. Do not park in front of the Neighbors property. $100 fee for parking violation, strictly enforced. Cars 6 and beyond must park at Park N Ride 1 mile away. $500 fee for smoking violation indoors. This includes marijuana!! Please just don't! Please smoke in the backyard only. Do not go to the street to smoke, it bothers the neighbors. This is not a party home, those who do any party without clearing with the host will be immediately evicted and a $500 fee will be required in addition to any other fines. No outdoor music allowed. Bookings made with less than 3 days notice require a refundable $500 security deposit. Maximum occupancy for House: 21 No shoes on carpeted areas. $20 extra guest fee per person per night for each guest over the 15 persons headcount

This house felt like home from the moment we walked in. It was beautiful and spacious. There were 16 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all! The house fit our needs for the 6 days and 5 nights we were there. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was perfect for our group. We look forward to booking this house again in the future.

Large, clean, up-to-date home with ample sleeping space, two living areas, a large dining area with two tables and a well stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were so joys and clean, the beds comfortable. Sylvia is a great host. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

Everything was as advertised! I have stayed here before with my family this time year 5 years ago and the house is still beautiful. I do wish the wifi signal was stronger but the house is amazing, clean and I will be staying again! The family LOVES this house!!!

We loved this house! We had a large family gathering and needed a large house with several bedrooms and bathrooms. Sylvia and Ryan were quickly responsive from beginning to end... instructions were super easy to follow... the house was comfy and we had plenty of space without feeling we were on top of each other. My nephew plays basketball for Pacific University and we are hoping to come back and stay here again! Thank you Sylvia and Ryan 😊
