House Rules

- All cars must be parked on the property (there is space for 5 cars on-site). Do not park on the street. $100 fee for violating parking policy, strictly enforced. Additional cars must use the Park N Ride (about 1 mile away). NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE HOUSE, subject to $500 fee. Please smoke only in the backyard. Do not smoke on the street, it bothers the neighbors - 10pm to 7am quiet hours (no outdoor conversations).

This neighborhood was developed in the past 3 years so the families are new and it's full of kids. Please watch out as you are backing up. If you have time, take a walk to noble woods park. My favorite location within 15 minute drive is Horning's hideout. If you arrive in a sporty car, take a drive on Bald Peak road and enjoy the ride...

We had such an amazing stay! Sylvia was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. She approved both an extra day before and after our trip so quickly, which made everything so much less stressful for us. We came out to Oregon for college tours at Pacific University and George Fox, and after long days, it was the perfect place to come back, relax, and recharge. We really enjoyed the cozy cottage vibe, and spending time in the backyard by the fire was definitely a highlight. Everything was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. We were able to truly rest and enjoy our time. Thank you again, Sylvia! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! 💛

This was our second time staying at Brookwood Manor, and it was just as good as the first time! We have family in the area and try to gather around the holidays, and this is the perfect space for family gatherings. Beautiful home, clean and well appointed. We would certainly stay again - and probably will!

An amazing space to gather with extended family over the holidays. The kitchen is nicely supplied with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The heated floor in the master bathroom was a treat. Having a piano for people to play along with a bench full of music books was fun too. It was great to be able to push the two dinning room tables together so that all 11 of us could sit down and enjoy meals together. Dishwasher is so quiet! It was nice to not have to talk over it. Comfortable, cozy seating in the living room and we loved the gas fireplace. There is a generous supply of cozy blankets, towels, pillows and bedding. Hosts were responsive when we reached out with questions. The place is clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Beautiful house! Well stocked kitchen for feeding the whole family. Many extra linens and blankets. It was everything we needed! Host is also very responsive and helpful! We loved our stay!

Looks just like photographed! The house is much much larger than what it appears through photos. A huge living room area and plenty of area that it doesn’t feel congested whatsoever. The rooms are big and fits many people to sleep in. All around was very surprised how great the home and surrounding area was. Definitely recommend for bigger groups!
